Return & Exchange Policy

Overview

We do not accept returns or exchanges for our products except in cases where the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Eligibility for Returns

To request a return, the following conditions must be met:

1. The product must be defective, damaged, or not match the order.
2. You must provide a clear video recording of the product unboxing to validate your claim.

Without a video, we will not be able to process your request.

Non-Returnable Items

All products, unless proven defective or damaged during delivery, are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Report an Issue

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

1. Record a video of the product unboxing as proof.

Resolution Process
